Howesound Day Excursion & Sightseeing Cruise

Welcome Aboard,

In this exciting, relaxing, and adventurous full day excursion, you will experience amazing sights, explore coastal living, cruise by rugged shores, pass under high bridges, take breathtaking photos that can ONLY be seen from the water, sail very close to Lighthouses and navigation buoys, and -if you’re lucky- you may see dolphins, seals, or even whales.

Guests board one of our vessels (our vessels are equipped with actual reclining aircraft seats with folding trays) from Downtown Vancouver at 9 am, cruise by Stanley Park, under the Lion’s Bay bridge, along the West Vancouver shoreline, pass by Pt. Atkinson lighthouse, into the breathtaking scenic Howe Sound to Gibson on the Sunshine Coast where, they can explore coastal living, bike rentals, kayaking, walk downtown, shop for souvenirs, or go on our own bus tour of the Sunshine Coast.

After spending two hours on the Sunshine Coast, we depart cruising by Keats Island and get very close Hood Point onto Bowen Island where we dock again for another hour and let the guests experience small island living, enjoy their famous ice cream, visit local shops, picnic by the park next to the dock, or just  relax by the nearby beach. We then depart back to Vancouver where we do a 360 turn for photo opportunities of Stanley Park, the Vancouver Downtown Skyline, Canada Place and North Vancouver that you can ONLY get from the water.

We also show the guests how to catch crabs by throwing a crab trap on the way going and retrieving it on the way back, and if we do catch something, we run a draw and give the catch to the winner.

Guests can also take advantage of leaving the vessel at any of the stops and continuing on the following day at no extra charge based on seat availability. Early reservation is recommended.

The cost is $129 per person, this price includes a lunch box that passengers can either enjoy on board or, take it with them while exploring the shores.
